Greetings. I am having BSOD issues on a computer so I downloaded the SF diagnostic tool to gather the required crash info but it too fails. I right click to run as admin it launches correctly but when I hit Grab All it bombs telling me it cannot find the path \\desktop. It does this both on the computer I am having the BSOD on and my normal workstation.

Any advice?

Try again. If needed, disable your antivirus and run the tool as admin.

Fixed. I had to log on to the actual administrator account to make it work even though the account I was using was an admin on the box and using right click run as admin.
