BSOD annoying - BCCode:c2 BCP1: 7 BCP2:109B

Hi all,
I am running Windows 7 Premium 64bit (dual boot with Win XP SP3 32Bit on C drive) on D drive with below software
Avast AV, Zonelarm Free Firewall, Viz HD Audio Deck, Nero 10, Firefox 6, IE9.
Hardware: Intel 2.8D CPU, Gigabyte G41M Combo board, WD 1.5TB (backup HDD) & ST 160GB HDD, 2GB DDR3 Transcend RAM, Atheros AR8151 LAN.
Getting lots of BSOD at anytime during internet browsing, movie playing, etc.
Please help me to get rid of these annoying blue screens.

Hi iobas welcome to SF

Please remove and clean Zone Alarm from your system.
Zone-alarm\remover

Enable windows firewall.

Finish with this step and post back with any results.
