Hello! Im having BSOD at random times, also sometimes PC justs restarts or the screen like splatters in many colors! The thing is I had BSOD about a month ago, so after trying many things I just took it to the shop, where they changed my MOBO, after runing diagnostics! After that my PC ran just fine for about two weeks, until BSOD returned! Now it likely seems to be my video card problem, because the BSOS points to atikmgad.sys and ntoskrnl.exe. Also I found out in many forums thats my video card ATI Radeon HD5750 and the drivers for it has problems with WIN7 x64! I have tried the following things:
1) Reinstalled Windows
2) Updated all the drivers
3) Ran CHKDSK
4) Reseated my RAM sticks and cleaned them
5) Reseated all the wires form the PSU

I have Windows 7 Ultimate x64, not pre-installed, system age - 2 years, WIN is reinstalled a day ago!

Yep, it does seem to point to the hd5750. What if you download just the display driver version 11.2

ATI Radeon

uninstall the video driver

run clean sweep to uninstall all traces of video driver

http://www.guru3d.com/catagory/driversweeper

Then install JUST the 11.2 driver

Let us know how that goes.

The driver installed. The video card is recognized by the system, though it posted some warinings after the install! I added a screenshot and the ATI report! The video card is recognized by the system!

PC was running fine for 8 hours! Then I shut it down! When later at the eveing I came back, hoping my problem was solved, I turned on my PC, everything looked fine! Then after a few minutes, while watching YouTube, my screen just droped many colors(see the picture)! I restarted PC, then it did not boot, so I restarted again, then it booted up and droped a message "Enabling Unleashing Mode failed", so I hit F2 "Load deafult settings''! It booted, but when logging in it froze again! So, as previous BSOD where pointing to may Radeon card, I removed it and started with the MOBO VGA! It just droped a BSOD, when loging in in normal mode(see the BSOD report)! So finaly I got in thrugh safe mode to post this! So could it be, that my Radeon drivers still are not working, and not letting me log in in normal mode, with my MOBO VGA? Or it could be my Hardwares fault? This is driving me nuts!

Hmmm... I was leaning toward a bad video card until you booted off the on-board gpu and received a bsod. Just for the heck of it, if you uninstalled the drivers, ran cleansweep, pulled the card (with pc unplugged) and booted up with on-board gpu, do you still get bsods? Sorry - it's a process of elimination.

Play with it for a day or so to make sure you do not get any bsods. If so, it would certainly point to the card or the driver. However, that is the newest driver. And your PSU is 800W, which is plenty of power. Did you just purchase this card? If so, see if you can return it as defective.

ANOTHER consideration is to make sure you have the latest bios from Asus.
M4A785T-M 2302 BIOS
That can sometimes resolve graphic issues, as they specifically mention "Fix the issue that ATI HD5850/5870 graphic card"

BIOS updated sucessfuly! Though it updated the same version, but maybe it somehow fixed my problem! Should I put my Radeon back, to see what happens? Because with my Radeon in or out, there were BSOD's, until I removed the drivers! Like WTF!? I think maybe I also could bring PC back to the shop, to let them ceck it, because my warranty wil expire in one month! But I also want to try to fix it at home, because here in Latvia, this warranty and ''customer is always right'' thing doesnt work like in the USA! There is a possibility that they will just kick me out and wont give a damn about my warranty :D

Viss Notiek Likumsakarigi.
If you are not getting BSODs now, you know it's either driver or card-related. I'd take it back to them and let them fix it. Or you could ask for another card.

Yeah, it really seems to be my garphics card fault! I will try one last thing, I will format all my HDD partitions, because I hadnt formated one of my HDD partitions(now I have a place where to store my important data), install WIN7 x64 and all the drivers! Maybe that partition had something to do with this! If thats not going to work Im taking my PC back to them tomorrow! But its kind of strange, that they checked my PC a month ago and replaced my motherboard, but dint see any faults in my Radeon!
Paldies! :)
