BSOD - Attempt to reset the display driver - Sudden crash

Before few weeks my Dell Laptop N4050 is working fine but late started to get multiple BSOD.

Tried to uninstall old drivers and installed new AMD Drivers but failed.

Now my laptop has become total mess. Please find the attachment containing all the details collected by DM Log Collector.

Please help. A reply will be highly appreciated.

You are running an ASUS on a Dell board.
This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.

I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
