BSOD Bad_Pool+Header with minidump anaysis

Yo, earlier turned on my pc, and it blue screened with the error Bad_Pool_Header. It had been on 4 hours before hand and during the session before it Blue screened I installed no new hardware or software. I ran though the .dmp with OSR online and this is what it said:

also I updated my nvidia driver after it BSOD and that did nothing

Create a folder on your desktop unzip it to that folder, go to device manager
find the device, double click the device then update driver, browse to the driver folder, the driver can be found in: Desktop\etronUSB3\program files\Etron Technology\USB 3.0 Host Controller\Drivers\x64
