after creating this topic i find how to make Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions, so i used the tool SF_Diagnostic_Tool to create folder of dmp files and i named it my username accordingly.

thanks

WinDBG blames the HP 3D DriveGuard program. Remove it by following these steps listed here:
http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-hel...book-bsod-everytime-shutdown.html#post1263327

There may be more issues (possibly video card driver) but I need more info -- run this .bat file and upload the ZIP file it creates after you have followed the above steps.

Definately a video card issue. Please try this:

Install the 314.22 WHQL only driver.
Uninstall All nvidia items in Control Panel > Programs and Features
- 3D Vision Control Driver
- 3D Vision Driver
- Graphics Driver
- HD Audio Driver
- PhysX
- Nvidia Update

Now follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
Boot normally now. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, Download 314.22 WHQL. While installing, Select Custom (Advanced) install. In the next page, follow this settings:
