BSOD - BCCode 124, help with minidump?

Hello! The motherboard of my previous computer died, so I replaced. I added the new MoBo and two new graphics cards (SLIed) and the processor. I reinstalled the operating system (OEM version), updates, and the hardrive read without a hitch. However, during random times of either gaming, or surfing the web my computer would restart. I opted for it not to restart, and then began to receive the blue screens. I have als collected minidump files, all of which give the same BCCode of 124 (which I think is hardware/driver related). My computerdoes not run hot, has ample amount of power and runs smoothly other than that. Startup time seems to be getting a little slower as well, even though I've been disk cleaning defrag, anti virus scanning, and spyware searching - I think it may be related to the error.

I have done a few things have have not really done anything, sadly. I have deleted the BIOS64, updated Norton, and have done 2/3 CPU tests which have not encountered errors so far, I will post all 3 tomorrow. Recent developments have caused greater problems, but I think they have narrows the possibilities as what the problem could be...

I decided to update the drivers for my 2 SLIed Zotac 9800GT 1GB graphic cards. I restarted after, and it continuously restarted over and over before login. I went into safemode, uninstalled the driver, then replaced them with a single different graphics card. Installed the driver, reset, was fine until I experienced the usually blue screen after about 2-3 hours after I was switching to another game. I then thought it was not the graphics card or driver at all since I still got the blue screen, so I uninstalled the driver, replaced with my 2 new graphcs cards. Installed their drivers, rstarted, everything was fine... I then enabled SLI, I restarted again. And now it is continously restarting before login. Somehow the SLI is making it worse, even though they were SLIed before the update?

This is quite frusterating... Ill have the CPU reports and a few updated blue screen minidumps tomorrow. Thanks for any help.

Ok, I now know what the problem is, but I do not know how to fix it. When begining my blend CPU tourcher test, I noticed temperatures got to 90C, after idling at 30-40. I turned it off, and tried it on the past tests (which I got a max temp of only 73C) and again, got in the 90s. I shut down my computer, and checked the CPU fan, turned it back on, saw it was running. I opened CPU temp on startup... 105C. I shut it down pronto. What is causing such hightemp fromhe CPU? Not only that, but it fluctuates as the test temps were different. the SLIed graphics cards? A virused hard drive? A bad motherboard? I have no clue. I am going to be getting a cooler, but there is no way I should be reaching those temps on startup.

Seems to be bad cooling, add new thermal paste and get a better cooling system

Ok, so the restarting problem has been fixed after cleaning and applying new thermal paste, I am still getting blue screens though. Here are my results for Prime95 in word for the small, large, and blend, respectively.

I am still getting blue screens, here are more minidump files. They seem to happen a lot right after loading screens (but not limited to). Hope something can be found. Thanks.

Still a hardware issue, as a last resort update the mobo BIOS
