BSOD before shut down and on complicated graphic operations

BSOD started about month ago, about 5,6 times when i wanted to shut down PC, and later few times when i want to extend screen on TV, and few times in games on animations. I don't know what to do, so i'll appreciate for any help you can give it to me.

AVG contributes in BSOD. Please remove it for testing purpose. Use Microsoft Security Essentials.
