Hi all and thanks in advance.
I need help please with a Toshiba Satellite C665

Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit
4GB RAM
500 GB HDD (300GB free)

The computer keeps restarting and won't boot into Windows with the following BSOD:

STOP 0x0000007E 0xC0000005, 0x96a620c2, 0x80786580, 0x80786160

Tried the auto repair etc etc to no avail. Was able to boot to safe mode and run the tool.

Edit: tried to upload files but I got a message saying the server stopped responding. Will try again.

I think that's it.

It's not my computer so I have no idea what's been done. I'd like to hazard a guess looking at the logs that it could be the Kodak software that might be causing the problems? I thought BSOD was sually hardware or driver though.

Sorry about the multiple posts. Newbie error. :o

It seems that after modifying registry to be able to uninstall programs, I was able to uninstall various remnants of antivirus programs and it seems to boot ok now. I haven't touched the Kodak software so maybe that wasn't it. I'd still like to know from the experts if I'm on the right track or only delaying another round of BSODs.
