Hello,

I recently bought a new computer, but it keeps freezing or giving BSOD's. I haven't been able to figure out at what moments this happens and i have also noticed there have been several different BSOD's.

It usually happens when gaming. Also during gaming the screen freezes for about 10-15 seconds, than turns black for a moment and then i can continue gaming. Once in a while the entire computer freezes and i have to reset it myself. All of this happens mostly during gaming.

My windows 7 ultimate is x64, it's a full retail version and all of the hardware is brand new. I have also tried a complete re-installation of the computer and have updated some of the drivers that were mentioned in an earlier version of the perfmon file that was made.

I have attached all mentioned files, i haven't changed anything about my computer since these files were made.

Could somebody please have a look at the data and help me?
Thanks,

Martin

Hi,
Remove Alcohol or Daemon software because they use sptd.sys which is notorious for causing BSOD in windows 7.
Uninstall sptd.sys with this tools --> DuplexSecure - Downloads
Then for alternative software, you may use MagicIso.

For troubleshooting purpose, I recommend you to uninstall AVG and replace it with MSE.
You may go back later after the BSOD problems have gone.

Then one dump have 0x124 bugcheck which is lead to hardware problem.

Thanks for the quick answer. I have removed daemon tools and have opende my computer case, because I was already suspecting that it could be a cooling problem.
So far so good. Haven't had any crashes anymore!!

It's been a while, but I keep getting random BSOD's. Daemon Tools has been replaced by Gizmo, and AVG antivirus has been replaced by Avira.
Can anybody help me? I don't think it's a cooling problem, because it also happens at moments when i'm not even at my computer and it's running idle.

I have attached a new SF diagnostics file.

Thanks in advance
