Hi all,
My laptop freezes completely at random times. by completely i mean not responding at all. mouse not moving, ctl+alt+del not working, even the caps light does not go on and off when pressing caps lock... I have a linux partition and the exact same thing happens there as well... there are days that it might happen once and some other days that it happens every hour.... any yesterday instead of freezing it gave me a blue screen so I hope i will be able with that to figure out the cause of it.. i suspect graphics card but i cross my fingers and hoping for a faulty ram.. i need some help on understanding the dump files so please find attached. Thank you very much in advance

I'm certainly not an expert but can at least provide some thoughts. 4/5 of your crash dumps are caused by services crossing protection boundaries (transitioning from kernel and user modes). Unfortunately the source of the crash is paged out to user space or I'm just not seeing it.

Can you provide a sysinfo dump? I'm wondering if your system is running low on memory or has consistent high utilization of current memory.

Also, I noticed you've got Avast installed, which isn't necessarily the culprit, but antivirus engines are notorious for causing problems. You might want to consider removing it as a simple troubleshooting step. Just some thoughts.
