BSOD, computer rebooting and event log errors

I hope I am in the correct forum for this.

I reformatted my HD around 1 month ago and did a install of Windows 7 Home Premium (full not upgrade). I have been having issues where the computer will periodically reboot itself for no apparent reason. I have had it reboot while playing games, searching the internet, reading email or doing nothing. I get the BSOD and the PC reboots, and then when I get to Windows I get 'windows has found an error'. But clicking the deal to find more information tells me nothing.

The last two times it rebooted, I got the BSOD and the only way out was to shut the computer down, then power back up. The Event Log gives me an informative 'windows found an error'.

Yesterday, I updated my Bios, and fingers crossed haven't had a BSOD or reboot issue since then, so maybe I fixed it.

However, I have had errors in the event viewer that appear to indicate that I have DVD/CD drive problems. Since my Toshiba drive was about 6 years old and I couldn't find updated drives, we bought and installed a memorex dvd/cd drive. I am still getting the errors.

The event viewe shows the following:
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
BsStor
incdrm

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk3\DR3.

The InCD UDF Driver service failed to start due to the following error:
This driver has been blocked from loading

\SystemRoot\SysWow64\Drivers\BsUDF.SYS has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver.

The driver \Driver\incdrm failed to load for the device SCSI\CdRom&Ven_Memorex&Prod_DVD+-RAM_550L_v1\4&3d9ab0&0&010100.

\SystemRoot\SysWow64\Drivers\incdrm.SYS has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver.

The driver \Driver\BsStor failed to load for the device SCSI\CdRom&Ven_Memorex&Prod_DVD+-RAM_550L_v1\4&3d9ab0&0&010100.

\SystemRoot\SysWow64\DRIVERS\bsstor.sys has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver.

The NVIDIA Display Driver Service service has reported an invalid current state 32. (I have updated the most current driver for this also).

I was getting these same error messages with the OLD Toshiba DVD/CD. They are still occurring even though we have installed a new Memorex drive.

Additionally, the device manager for the DVD/CD drive shows the following under the general tab
This device is working properly.

Windows did not start a related device driver. To learn more, click the Driver tab and then click Driver Details.

Under driver details shows
C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\cdrom.sys
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\drivers\Afc.sys

The driver provider indicates that it is Microsoft, driver date 6/21/2006, driver version 6.1.7600.16385

Seems to me that Window OUGHT to have a newer driver for this, but windows updates tells me I have all the most current updates.

I would really appreciate any input on what I can do to get rid of the errors that are showing in Event Viewer, and if what I have done will eliminate the BSOD and rebooting issue. Let me know if I need to supply any other information. Thanks.

I attempted three times to attach the results of the SF Diagnostic Tool that I just ran. But the upload never seems to work. It says 'sending request to www.sevenforums.com' but seems to time out - I get connection interruption. Any advice on how to get it to you guys? I'm not doing ANYTHING else so I don't see why the connection was interrupted.
