bsod crashing error not less or equal too (irql)

i just started getting this error yesterday with the bsod, not less or equal too. the bsod screen shuts down as soon as i can read it more thoro.i found a repair.bat file that lets me at least have 15-20 min of my computer to send you this post for help. attached i have did the seven forums, post of bsod. I have no idea where to being if you can help that would be amazing. I am also uploading the repair.bat file i got from these forums to kind of help me. i am running vista. thanks ray.

Your recent BSOD's are blaming kl1.sys - Kaspersky Unified Driver

Driver Reference Table - kl1.sys

I would try uninstalling Kaspersky and trying Microsoft security essentials and see if they stop.
