BSOD Driver or Hardware?

I have been getting erratic Blue screens for over a month now. I had re-installed 64 bit Win7 Ult and they stopped for awhile but have recently begun again.

I have run memtest to 800% with zero errors, run prime 95 for hours with no errors, Furmark in extreme burn in mode for hrs, and run HD tune to determine the integrity of my HD. All to no avail. This makes me feel it is a driver issue, which can be very difficult to track down. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Phenom ii x4 955 C3
Ati HD 4870 1 gb
4 gigs ddr3 1600 Ram
Gigabyte 880g Ud3h Mobo
Samsung F3 1tb HD
Asus 24x DVD CD burner
Antec earthwatts 650w PS
21.5" LG 2ms 1080P monitor

Looks like your Atheros wireless adapter drivers are the cause. I am having trouble locating drivers for it, but perhaps Windows Update can be of help.

Try to find updated drivers for it, or disable the device in Device Manager.

Update your Realtek network drivers too: http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/motherboard_driver_lan_realtek_8111_w7.exe

I cannot find a good download for the Atheros driver. I found one site and attempted to use the .exe which they supplied, but this did not work. After finishing install/update my computer would no longer recognize the device...Weird, all that was required was for me to replug in the usb card. Unfortunately when windows autodetected, it ended up with the same driver version as before.

I have seen the driver download available (supposedly) through several second party programs.

As I am naturally distrustful of such programs/downloads I was wondering if there was a program you would recommend? "Driver whiz" or "driver fetch", are either reputable, or should I try something else?

I succesfully updated the realtec network adapter. Thanks for that link.

If you must use a third-party driver updater, I suggest Driver Easy. Many people report good results, although I have never tried it myself.
