BSOD Driver Power State Failure 09F

Hi all,
We have a few Dell XPS 13 models using the Dell USB 3.0 docking stations, and are either freezing and causing a need for reboot, or they're simply BSOD.
I can't upload the dmp file, but I've tried to view it and it appears to be the ntkernelmp.exe, but I'm not sure which driver that is. The output is below:

This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

Why can't you upload the dump?

ntkrnlmp.exe is not the cause. Almost sure top be a driver problem.

Zip some dumps and upload here so we can look at them with windbg.

The firewall here at the office is blocking any uploads here for some reason. Here's a shared link to the file. I've looked in Windbg, and I guess I'm just not experienced enough to see what's going on.

The dump flags pci.sys but that is not the cause either. Most likely a driver problem.

Let's see what starts when you boot your computer.

Download and run Startup List (does not need to be installed, just run it).
When done, click File then Save as and save Startuplist.txt to your Desktop or somewhere you can find it.
Start a reply here and paste the contents of Startuplist.txt into it.

Can you supply one more thing?

Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

• Download and execute Driverview
• View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
  
• Edit > Select all
• File > Save Selected Items
• In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
• Zip the .txt file and upload it.

You have McAfee installed there. C:\Windows\system32\drivers\mfeavfk.sys

With McAfee present in the system, no BSOD analysis is worthy. McAfee itself can cause each and every issue.
Uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Search for any possible update to ASIX AX88179/178A USB 3.0/2.0 to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter from Drivers - ASIX Electronics Corporation

BTW, do you need it? Despite of having Intel® Centrino®?

The ASIX driver was JUST installed today, so I highly doubt that's the cause.
Unfortunately McAfee is our AV (ePO). For testing I can uninstall McAfee, however it can't be the perm. solution.
Thoughts?

Uninstallation of McAfee is not a solution, but a precaution.

Now you enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

   Warning

Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

   Tip

• If you fail to get on the Desktop because of DV, Boot into Advanced Boot Options > Safe mode. Disable DV there. Now boot normally again, and try following the instruction of enabling DV again.
• If you cannot boot in Safe mode too, do a System Restore to a point you made earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

The dump points at mfeavfk.sys which belongs to McAfee.

Sorry I haven't replied. I've run the DM Log Collector 4 times now, and this is the first time it didn't produce an empty folder. You'll find it attached.
Also, another BSOD again today.
I'm uninstalling McAfee as we speak (now an option as this machine has become our tester, and the user which it belonged to has a new machine...) and will report back if there are anymore BSOD.

13. Consider a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which is often better than getting a new computer considering how pre-installed bloatware can corrupt Windows 7 even if it's completely cleaned up.
