Welcome Jack, please follow the http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html :) .

The dump file uploaded is a 0x9F which is DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE that happens in
transitions between power states most commonly S0 (ON state) > S3 (Sleep state)
or vice-verse. You can read more HERE.

The most common cause is a device driver but sometimes it's the hardware itself
that is at fault.

I updated my Wifi driver and the problem has not happened again so I think this was the solution to my issue.

Thanks :).

It appears to be the same issue, intel wireless is notorious for causing this bug check.
Please use your Service Tag to find the find the latest driver Dell is offering (Dell PC's are picky sometimes).

Also follow this tutorial and try to try and mitigate the issue:

While you're downloading drivers, update these as well:

Code:
lmvm atikmdag
Browse full module list
start end module name
fffff880`052f2000 fffff880`05909000 atikmdag T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: atikmdag.sys

Browse all global symbols functions data

Code:
lmvm iaStor
Browse full module list
start end module name
fffff880`01a0b000 fffff880`01da5000 iaStor T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: iaStor.sys
