BSOD Driver Power State Failure

In the last couple of months, my laptop occasionally crashes while it is shutting down - it would be "Shutting Down" for 5-10 minutes - longer than usual. Then, there would be a BSOD, sometimes labelled "Driver Power State Failure". Then, it would reboot by itself.

Attached is the output from the DM Log Collector.

Please help.

The problem appears related to your Wifi driver........update Windows 7 fully, then reboot and see if the issue is still present.
