BSOD, Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal (unexpected shutoffs as well)

I've recently gotten the DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bluescreen at least twice. Once while playing WoW, but the other time while merely browsing the internet with Google Chrome. However, I've previously also had unexpected shutdowns where my computer would just quit. Wouldn't even bluescreen. Just shut off everything. I'm beginning to suspect hardware and/or drivers, but I'm still not sure.

Files from running SF Diag are included as an attachment.

Your reports have given several clues
Update your nvidea card driver. Go to the website and updates
Take a memory test. Test for 8 passes. Then take each stick and test in a good slot for 6 passes.
