Hi,

I'm having these BSODs on a daily basis, purely at random and would like someone to help me find out whats causing them.

Funny thing is that this BSODs happen more often when pc is idle than when its heavily loaded (games, CAD programs,...)

Almost forgot: I have Win7 Enterprise x64, its old nearly 2 months and pc case is old nearly 3 monhs.

Thanks!!!

After looking at your crash dumps, the first thing that comes to mind is an old driver that is causing problems when the machine tries to go to sleep (hence why it never does it while you are using it).

Drivers that stand out to me are:

fffff880`06743000 fffff880`06759000 gt72ubus gt72ubus.sys Tue Jun 26 04:39:08 2007 (4680FADC)
fffff880`06786000 fffff880`06788980 gtptser gtptser.sys Fri Mar 30 04:38:14 2007 (460CF6A6)

Both belong to the GlobeTrotter USB broadband modem. If you have this device, either update it's drivers or uninstall it, and that should take care of your problems.

It also wouldn't hurt to make sure you've downloaded and updated the rest of your drivers for your hardware (graphics, chipset, storage, etc)

If not, report back and we'll go from there.

PS: In the future, please attach your dumps using the attachment option when writing your post, not a file hosting service like HotFile. Thanks ;)

Edit: This is my 666th post. Some circles say I might go to hell for what I suggested. ;)

hehe, gratz on your 666th post! (but I see, you're very busy, now its almost 700, good work)

Here's the thing:
1. I uploaded it to hotfile because i couldn't find attachment option.
2. I use GlobeTotter USB and its my only way of getting to the internet. Unfortunately thats the only driver that I can use for my modem on my win7 x64.
3. When i said idle, I meant not overloaded with tasks, i.e. only things that are running from startup plus, say pdf viewer, skype, MS word,...
4. It does crashes when i play games, but the thing is that I don't play much so it doesn't crash much on games.
5. The thing I'm trying to say is that it crashes randomly, not when going to sleep (honestly, I wouldn't mind so much if it does that, because all my data would be saved and I wouldn't loose any)

6. I'll try to remove USB modem and report back in day or two to see what happens (as I recall, BSODs started sometime after 1 week of installing wins, approx at the same time I installed USB modem, but I also installed bunch of other things)

Thanks for fast reply
