BSOD during idle

I don't know how many times my laptop have been crashed and BSOD during idle time even when I am not in front of my laptop..
I'm having Windows 7 home premium 64bit OEM
I bought this laptop early this year

here I include the zip file of Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder & the PERFMON HTML file..

Also run through a couple of hardware diagnostics, starting with the three Prime95 tests: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html

Run Memtest86 overnight: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
