BSOD during random times, once on waking from sleep

My sister had 2 BSOD's before she gave it to me..i managed to take a pic of one.. here ..

windows 7 home edition 64bit.. purchased about a year ago, still on initial install of 7
..hope i did all the bsod stuff right..attached all the things forum rules said.any help is appreciated ..if there is anything else needed..let me know
