BSOD During Sleep Mode ntoskrnl.exe

I am getting a BSOD during sleep mode, and only during sleep mode. It's been happening for the past few weeks infrequently, but it is extremely annoying.

I run an x64 system on a Dell XPS 15, original install. The system is about six months old, and as far as I can tell from the Dell website, all of my drivers are up to date.
All help is greatly appreciated!

I think it might be a network driver, but as far as I can tell, mine are all updated.
Please help.

My system seems to be having the same problem. It might be caused by a new harddrive you installed around that time? For me, I started using a RAMDisk program to use my memory as a hard drive for a server. I don't know how to fix this however, so if anyone knows a fix please tell me too.

This problem sometimes occurs when I put my computer into sleep mode. It is fine while in sleep mode, but when I wake the computer up, I see that it is taking up 13% of the CPU (an intel i7 2630QM 2.00 GHz processor in my laptop), and it makes running things very slow, including Task Manager. It also happens when I put it in hibernate for a while.

That doesn't sound like quite the same thing, to me.

Mine BSOD'd about 15 minutes into sleep mode. For anyone who finds this thread looking for information on the same problem, I figured out mine was caused by skype. It is a known issue that if skype is running when you go into sleep mode and IE 9 is installed, there is a good chance it will BSOD. Now, I just make sure I quit skype before I leave my laptop.
