Three times BSOD happen to my Thinkpad recently, I don't know what is the problem.

The first problem is you are trying to do a counterfeit installation of Windows 7 Ultimate.

You are using this from your log,

Win 7,Ultimate,Dell,XXXXX-OEM-8992662-00400

to do a install on a (Thinkpad T460p ).
