BSOD Error 124 and memory leak

Random BSOD and crazy memory leaking, once either CHROME/IE/OUTLOOK (most programs I used) are opened.

16GB of RAM are gone within 10 mins and usually crash before the ram ran out.

Was rock solid before the recent Win7 update which caused me into a boot loops.

I restored into an earlier time point and the BSOD begins to take over even when I installed all the updates now.

Need help! Thanks in advance.
