Hi, I've been trying to fix this problem myself for some weeks now but have had limited success.

Blue screens do not seem to have started after any obvious change to drivers or new hardware. Appear to happen completely randomly, whilst doing almost anything.

Error has been almost every time a 3b code. Have been looking at crash dumps using BlueScreenVeiw, it seems to indicate Win32k.sys is in the stack pretty much every single time, ntoskrnl.exe is in about half of them.

I have run memtest86 once so far on a USB, ran as long as I could before needing computer again, in 9 hours it completed 2 passes (and a half) and got no errors. Planning to keep running it for more results.

Have attached DM log collector zip file as instructed.

Willing to try or run any test suggested, many many thanks in advance for any help received.

Update: Enabled Driver Verifier, rebooted. Got BSOD the second the Win load screen began, loaded safemode, disabled verifier, installed Windbg, read dump, said dtsoftbus01.sys was at fault, found out of date Daemon Tools installation on secondary drive, removed and reinstalled newer version.

Re-enabled Verifier to see if anything else came up. Windows loaded, then my primary monitor started... doing strange things. The power light remained stable, but it looked and behaved like I was unplugging the signal cable leading to the computer over and over again rapidly. The monitor did not ever have enough time to load a picture. Secondary monitor had signal cable check notice.

Pulled secondary monitor signal cable from PC, problem goes away, plugged cable back in, problem persists. Plugged different cable in leading to TV, TV receives signal just fine and problem is gone.

Hi VbHD.

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats including BSOD stop 0x3B.
