So what happens is I play a game (specifically COD: ghost) and what happens is at first my screen turns brown, then everything shuts down and sometimes the screen will go into hibernation mode and I have to restart the computer manually or the screen will go into hibernation mode and about 15 seconds go by and the computer restarts itself. This is almost a daily thing, I will upload the mini-dump file but please can anyone figure out what is going on? I thought it might be my graphics cards (I have 3 gtx 670 4 gb and a gtx 580 running phys-x) so I completely uninstalled it, used cc cleaner to completely wipe the driver off the hard drive and re-installed but still has the same thing happening. Please, Please help. thanks

Welcome to the forum,

Not sure if you saw these instructions,

http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

The only thing in your upload was a single dump file pointing to your display driver,

Code:
BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff88005d99fbd, fffff8800bd95458, fffff8800bd94cb0}

Probably caused by :[COLOR="Red"] nvlddmkm.sys [/COLOR]( nvlddmkm+198fbd )

Driver Reference Table - nvlddmkm.sys

Try this method,

Do a clean install of the display driver.

  • Uninstall All nvidia items in Control Panel > Programs and features
    • 3D Vision Control Driver
    • 3D Vision Driver
    • Graphics Driver
    • HD Audio Driver
    • PhysX
    • nvidia Update
(Are you using nvidia chipset drivers? If so, dont uninstall anything other than those are listed).
  • Now follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
  • Install the driver again. While installing, Select Custom (Advanced) install. In the next page, follow this settings:
