BSOD Error playing Just Cause 2 - error 0x0000007e

Hi,

Was wondering if you could help. I've just installed Just Cause 2 from steam on my PC. The PC has had a fresh Win 7 x64 Ultimate Build, was about 5 mins into game play and the above BSOD error appeared.

I have enclosed the zip file with all attachments required.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need more details, let me know

Just gone into it again and hardly ben in the game a few minutes and another BSOD, this time with:-

System_Service_Exception
STOP 0x0000003B
