Hello i am new here but i am wondering why my laptop keeps BSOD when i shut it to step away to clean house, and when i come back to do something i have to reboot it i did not get the error code but after it boot's up i get this.

My laptop isnt very old i got it around janurary as a late Xmas present sent to me from TN by my boyfriend, when i got it before i moved it worked just fine til i moved recently when upstairs i dropped it by accident when the cord got caught on the edge of the table when i wasnt barely paying attention sense it was so late at night and i was tired...im such a clutz i know..
but anyways im 27 and clean house i am on disability and not much money to fix this issue for i aint much of a computer wiz but this problem just started happening last week. after i downloaded 360 security [free version] i got rid of it 2 days ago and sense it worked fine, but recently it started blue screening weather im watching a stream on twitch or listening to music or talking to BF it BSOD along with shutting laptop if you have any fixing situations plase let me know ASAP. thank you.
BTW. my laptop is a fujitsu model number is Lifebook series (Build: 24EVE--MS--3)
