I've tried for 5 days to fix this on my own, including buying a new PSU. Every 30 minutes - 1 hour my computer freezes up and 30 seconds later, BSOD. I get different error codes sometimes, but mostly 0x00000007A (0x00000000020, 0xFFFFFFFC00000009D, etc (I think only the first two codes are relevant?)

I tried CHKDSK /r
I've ran Avast - nothing.
I ran ASWMBR, and replaced my MBR.
I've checked my RAM with Memtest86+ and removed each stick and tried them individually, and in different DIMM slots.
I bought a new, more powerful 850W PSU.
I tried different SATA cables.
I reinstalled Win7 on my second SSD, and with only that SSD in, it still BSOD.
I've updated all drivers.

So at this point my only conclusion is that it is probably my GPU or Motherboard. Please let me know if you have any ideas...I'll try anything at this point!

Win7 Home Premium x64
CPU: AMD 8150FX
Mobo: Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
RAM: 4GB GSkill (x2)
GPU: GTX 660TI
128GB SSD Crucial M4 (OS is here)
256GB SSD Samsung (tried the OS here and still BSOD)
PSU: 850W Cooler Master

Posting this quickly before it BSODs me, please let me know if you need more info. Thanks.
David

Additionally, I don't have a MEMORY.DMP file. It is set to create one on error, but there isn't one... I don't know why. I can attach the rest of the SF Diagnostic Tool Zip, but I don't know how much of a help that is without the Memory dump.

Set to go here:
%SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP
But it's not there and the Diagnostic Tool says: Sorry, No Dump Found.

Without the dump(s) or sysinfo it's hard to get into any detail but 20 and 7A bug checks are usually kernel driver faults for major hardware. It could be a faulty or incorrect driver or a failing hardware component.

Do you have a pagefile defined? That's also required for dumps.

Hi carwiz, I have the pagefile defined and checked off for it to create a kernel dump file, and I let the computer sit until it just had another BSOD just now. It says at the bottom of the BSOD:

"Collecting data for crash dump . . .
Initializing disk for crash dump . . ."

But then my computer gets a 0xC000000F error when it tries to boot back up. I have to go into the BIOS and set the correct hard drive for it to read from again. Maybe this is why it's not finishing writing the dump file??

I tried running the Diagnostic Tool again, and it still says "Sorry, No Dump Found"

Is your pagefile on C: ?

We really need the logs, MSINFO and Sysinfo files, at least. Run the "Grab All" from the instruction link at the top of the page and upload here. Even without the dumps it will provide some info so we don't have to play thread tag.
