Babylon software is not decent, please uninstall it using the free version
of Revo Uninstaller

Please uninstall all Acronis related software while we troubleshoot with your computer.
(You can install it back after we've done troubleshooting)

McAfee products are known cause to BSoDs, so is Norton. Suggest you uninstall it.

I and many members on our forum recommend Microsoft security essentials with
a great combination of Malware Bytes.

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
Malwarebytes - The Free version
http://www.sevenforums.com/system-security/206705-good-free-system-security-combination.html

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

In addition, Run this tool and delete anything it finds:
Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller

Run the system file checker and let it repair and damaged windows files
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Run disk check, hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html

Look for an update for your BIOS version
Code:
BIOS Version/Date	American Megatrends Inc. P02-A2, [COLOR="Red"]31/10/2011[/COLOR]

For now do these and report back. We'll do more troubleshooting if needed.

Best Regards,
KK
