BSOD every time I try to shut down

Sony Vaio FZ21M laptop. Had Vista installed at first, then I couldn't take it anymore, installed XP. It was hell to get drivers for that. Then 7 came out and installed that, had to get some more driver wizardry on. Sony are pretty up tight about their own proprietary drivers or whatever. Specially with the graphic card.

I started getting BSODs randomly, sometimes closing the Chrome browser (and only happened with Chrome), sometimes during shut down. But now it's always happening.
Here's the log:

Here's what I could gather.
I included the last 4 dumps I got while trying to solve the thing. Not that I did much, but it kind of proves that the thing happens ALL the time.
Let me know if I missed something

Without looking at the mini-dump, Its a service causing the problem.

If someone else hasn't identified what service from the mini-dump by tonight, when I get home Ill check and let you know the exact one.

You could also run this in a Cmd prompt (exactly how its written): sc query state= all > %userprofile%/services.txt

It saves a list of all your service names and their exit codes, If you can upload here I can take a look otherwise you'll have to wait till Im home or someone else looks at the mini-dump :o

Also ran the previous command again, this time figuring out how to run cmd under administrator, but it still says

Well yeah I could format too, but the whole point is trying to fix things right? I dont feel like things going to default.. that's the idea. Specially cos I had to fish for drivers all over the net, since Sony refuses to give any support on them.

I'm sorry then, I can't help any more than that. I can often get the issue fixed, but diagnosing them is not my specialty!

Okay. That's odd. I been using this computer with 7 and using the webcam on and off for months and just now it screws up...
How do I completely uninstall the driver? do I just uninstall the webcam from the device manager?
The driver I should be looking for is "Sony Visual Communication Camera VGP-VCC8"... there are no drivers specifically for 7, as was expected, only for Vista... will that do? the Vista driver is what the cam has been running on (fairly well) till now

Bump with more info... tried uninstalling the driver via device manager (selecting the camera, properties, driver, uninstall driver...). Then windows asked me to restart, I said yes, at which point BSOD, no big deal since the driver was probably still loaded at this point.

But then right after the restart windows recognized the webcam (its attached to the laptop of course) and installed a new driver for it right away. Is there any way to prevent it from doing this so I can install Sony's?

Not easily, just install Sony's over it.
As it's a Vista driver, do it this way:
Compatibilty Mode Driver Installation:
1 - Download the latest driver from the manufacturer's website.
2 - Uninstall the current drivers using the Control Panel...Programs and features...Uninstall a program applet. Then verify that the driver/device has been removed in Device Manager
3 - Right click on freshly downloaded driver installation file and select "Properties"
4 - Select the Compatibility tab - and do the following:
- Click on the "Change settings for all users" button
- Click on the box to select "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and then select Windows Vista Service Pack 1
- Click on the box to select "Run as administrator"
- Click on OK to exit all the dialogs
5 - Right click on the driver installation file and select "Run as administrator"
6 - Let it install and see if that stops the BSOD's.

Alright I'll try that. It's a mess right now hehe. Somehow I did a restart without a BSOD and Idk exactly how things are. Webcam even works, call it blind luck. If after next shut down I'm getting a BSOD, I'll try your method, usasma.
