BSOD everytime I open my laptop

I get BSOD everytime I open my laptop. There's like 1/15 tries to have my laptop fully functional. Someone help me please and thank you!
EDIT: most of the time it's atikmpag.sys that is crashing. Then I get random codes like memory management, ntfs.sys, win32k.exe, sometimes I get a blank bsod.
MSI CX41
Core i5-3230M
16GB Ram
Intel HD Graphics 4000+AMD Radeon HD7670M Switchable Graphics

I TRIED: chkdsk /f on safe mode
disabling switchable graphics

still no good

With what Windows version did your laptop came pre-installed?

You are running an Alienware Product ID on an MSI laptop.
That makes a that the system is counterfeit what is against the forum rules.

I bought it from a private seller.. Never knew that my Windows was a counterfeit one. Maybe it's time to install my Windows 8 x64 with the license I bought probably last year for my desktop that I don't anymore use. Thanks maybe I'll solve this problem first.

You could reset your laptop, that'll genuine activate and remove the current one.
