BSOD frequent in win 7 64 pro

I have been having frequent BSOD, happens at any time, even when sys is sitting idle, sometime it is frequent, sometimes it is not so frequent, if you could please help me figure this out I would be very VERY grateful, My zip file is included of the minidump file.

P.S. When I generate a sys health report I get nothing, except that it reports not recognizing windows sec essentials as an active antivirus running.

Just had a look through your dump files, they all come under two fault codes most of them are 0x101 CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT and a few 0x3B SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

The 101 errors are probably driver based have a look at this link for a bit more info BSOD Index it mentions amd cpu which you have so might be worth looking into that, some of the dumps point right at gfx drivers so i would start there, try updating gfx software and see if it helps

3 things to check from the links supplied above:

a) BIOS bug - Ensure you have the latest BIOS update: MSI Global ? Computer, Laptop, Notebook, Desktop, Mainboard, Graphics and more

b) a driver whose activity is causing the target processor to lock up - Ensure that you have the latest video driver available. The latest Win7 version for your system is version 196.21 (WHQL) released on January 19, 2010 It's available here: Win7 NVIDIA DRIVERS 196.21 WHQL
The latest XP version for your system is version 196.21 (WHQL) released on January 19, 2010 It's available here: XP NVIDIA DRIVERS 196.21 WHQL

c) a hardware defect (temperature, voltage, dust, RFI, outright borkedness...)
Have you checked the inside of the case to see if there's any issues there?
Have you verified that all of the fans are running?
Have you tried running the system with only one graphics card (remove the SLI bridge and the other card from the system)?
Does this occur in both OS's (Win7 and XP)?

Thank you usasma, I was not aware of the newer nvidia driver, as far as hardware, I am a chronic temp watcher and I have a very COOL running sys. I did an inside dust job about a week ago, anyhow I upgraded the video driver and disabled a few startup options and everything seems to be running solid, I ran furmark for about 15 min at 1600x1050 and video temp topped out at 73c, idle is normally about 44c - 47c, CPU never goes beyond 109F running prime 95 for 30 min so I think I'm doing pretty good now, I also disabled the TLB bug fix in bios cause it gives about a 20% hit in CPU power, been running all day, no probs as of yet (knock on wood) anyway thanks for your reply. bigjt18 (John) P.S.
