Recently, my computer goes into BSOD around 10-15 mins after a game has launched through steam. I've already tried rolling back my nvidia driver, doing a clean driver install, etc, but none of that solved my problem. Any help will be much appreciated.

Your bugchecks are all 0x116 which is a GPU related error.
I can see that you're already tried a stable driver release 314.22, but went back to 320.49.
So before we continue looking at other avenues please revert back to 314.22.

  1. Removing the driver | Uninstall nVidia Graphics Drivers
  2. following with a pass of Driver Sweeper | Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
  3. Download | 314.22

  • When installing select Custom Settings and uncheck:
  • 3D Vision (all of them).
  • HD Audio.
  • Nvidia Updates.
  • Don't install Geforce Experience.
  • Do check Preform a clean installation.

Download Speccy and post a screenshot.

  • One while idle.
  • Second while intensive gaming.
