BSOD / full system crash been happening more frequently past 3-4 month

windows 7 enterprise 64 bit
Intel I7-930 LGA1366 core- quad core
motherboard: Asus P6x58D-E
ram: 12Gig Corsair [3 4gig sticks] DDR3
HD: WD black 1 Terra bt


been studying this problem for a few months now trying to isolate its cause but only recently have I been able to do this with much luck as its crashes have become more frequent. I have a new Cisco external network adapter [usb] and I run Minecraft. I thought either of these were the cause as a lot of crashes took place while they were running but have just witnessed a crash with no MC and then with no adapter plugged in albeit MC was running. also a few times when a flash drive was plugged in the computer crashed the moment it was plugged in. I thought maybe a hardware issue with the back usb ports but it doesn't add up as the computer crashes even when no usb is plugged in. except for the extension which I plug the adapter in although the adapter was removed.

as a side note this build has been glitchy from the get go and I've done a clean install over 30 times in the first year alone. perhaps this is all connected.

Have you contacted your IT department for help? Does the computer act up when hooked to the network or domain.
30 installs in one year is huge. Where did you get your copy of Enterprise? It might have a flaw in it.

the computer is a personal work station I use the college's copy of enterprise so I don't have an IT department to send it to. I have wondered if perhaps the disc we installed from was damaged but I'd like to know what the dump files say before I go about getting another copy.

I'm no expert but I do see some things.
1. You don't have SP-1 installed. That should be done. It can at times solve many problems.
2. You have Daemon Tools installed which has caused problems in many computers.
3. nvlddmkm+ade630 indicated video card or driver problems.
4. ntoskrnl.exe which can be cause by many things. Hardware, infections, improper instillation of operating system. (Bad copy of Windows 7)
5. My eyes might be going bad but I don't see a anti virus program installed. If you have a program what is it?
Your college should have a IT department.

I tried to download SP-1 twice but both times it failed, once before posting here and once after reading your [layback bear] last post. I uninstall daemon tools but I doubt that was the problem. what ever it is it exists threw each install of windows but does manifest differently each time and I didn't always have daemon tools. also I have used the same win 7 install disk on another comp just to rule out problems with it. I'd forgotten I did that but was reminded of it yesterday. the other computer has been running just fine for almost a year now. I'd also remembered that at least the first 15-20 of those re-installs were due to a bad hard drive which I returned and got a replacement. the hard drive was a WD black 1 terra just like I have now. the graphics card I have is a Quadro 4000 and 2 of those warning you got indicated it could be the quadro. one says bad hardware and the other says bad graphics card. maybe we should look into that and how can I have my hardware tested to see if it is in good repair?

the only things that I can think of that remain consistent between the installs is the hardware, some of the drivers, poser pro 2010, zbrush, adobe 9 which quickly gets upgraded. my D: drive partition [the main drive has 1 partition and I have no other drives]

this problem has stumped me for awhile and every time I think its fixed something else comes up. I'm sorry about the lack of details, just after a year of doing this I can't even remember all the steps I've taken.
