BSOD, graphics card problems (again) (sort of solved)

I had a previous thread where I had problems involving my old ATI graphics card, and it ended with having to replace the video card. I replaced the video card, and I'm still having some problems.

The card I have now is a Nvidia card, and when I try to run this Nvidia program to change the card's settings, my computer crashes. Not when I change the settings, but when I try to open the program. It's a little strange to me that I've been having GPU-related errors with two completely different video cards.

EDIT: I was looking up the errors and I guess the program (nTune) is known for causing these errors. I'm going to try another program.
