BSOD graphics crash and forced to manual shut down

Hello. I've seen quite a few of the same type problems in these forums and can not determine the cause.
I hope the zip file includes the .dmp file correctly, having trouble getting the permissions on it to work.

The crash cycle begins in games, typically, and in my event viewer it starts with an EventLog 6008 Error, then a Kernel-Power 41 Critical, followed by EventLog 1101.

I thought at first it may be my videocard overheating although in winXP it had no problems with the same games. Second thought was maybe psu is not supplying vidcard enough juice but rails seem fine and was same psu I had in XP build also. To try fixing it I did a partition delete, win7 clean install with no extra programs except the games that cause it to crash. And yes I've checked for updated drivers to everything I use. Same thing happening.

Will be glad to post any other events or log files if needed if anyone has an idea what is happening.

this bugcheck (024) has these Usual causes: Disk corruption, insufficient physical memory, Device driver, Indexing, Resident antivirus, backup, defrag programs, Disk/Drive failing/failure

Because of that I would start with running a chkdsk

CHKDSK /R /F:
Run CHKDSK /R /F from an elevated (Run as adminstrator) Command Prompt. Please do this for each hard drive on your system.
When it tells you it can't do it right now - and asks you if you'd like to do it at the next reboot - answer Y (for Yes) and press Enter. Then reboot and let the test run. It may take a while for it to run, but keep an occasional eye on it to see if it generates any errors. See "CHKDSK LogFile" below in order to check the results of the test.

Elevated Command Prompt:
Go to Start and type in "cmd.exe" (without the quotes)
At the top of the Search Box, right click on Cmd.exe and select "Run as administrator"

CHKDSK LogFile:
Go to Start and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Expand the Windows logs heading, then select the Application log file entry.
Double click on the Source column header.
Scroll down the list until you find the Chkdsk entry (wininit for Win7) (winlogon for XP).

I have a sneaking suspicion that my problem may largely be due to my ati x1950 and the catalyst drivers it requires to use them through win7. I know they just released that it is now in legacy support only, but I don't know why it would just now start causing such problems after this computer build was running Superbly for nearly 4 months in the same applications and games.

True.. yet the crashes continue to happen in normal windows operations, games, and sometimes with nothing going on. I can't figure how to translate the .dmp file myself and apparently I'm just not going to be able to deduce what component of my computer is at fault. Sure would be nice to get a little more help or at least a request for more specific info which I will gladly supply.
