use windows 7 (64 bit) and Dell XPS

SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
Malwarebytes | Free Anti-Malware Detection & Removal Software
AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If one is running Kaspersky security it may rant about ADW - just ignore it or disable Kaspersky while the ADW is being used)

Running time - consuming virus scans for a 0x9f bugcheck is a waste of time. Search for 0x9f under the solved BSOD threads to get an idea of what to look for.

Ok I just have been told that I should also download the dumps more than once and perhaps I am just picking up stuff that is not really correct or relevant. I will do what you say re the 0x9f stuff for example.

Please state clear what you mean with 'this bug'.
The dump uploaded is from 2014, no logs about recent bluescreens.

On a side note, with a BSOD, do you mean a Blackscreen?

hi all,

Let me inform you my problem, i found wifi internet "limited access" problem which is i had not found before (see 1st attached)
this problem i can't solved even i had followed so many instructions in internet, thus i found this website which is must posted my BSOD here, thus i posted it.

2nd, i have follow ICIT2LOL instructions, even i had bought DLL software which is unable to solve the problem too. (see the 2nd attached)

3rd, i tried to post again my BSOD after follow ICIT2LOL instruction use DLL and antispyware and till this time my internet status still limited connection.

i don't have problem with my windows, only unable to connect to my internet. (no blue screen or others)

pls advise...
