Solved BSOD immediately after waking from sleep mode, error 1000007e

Hi! I recently went into sleep mode and when I wake up my computer, BSOD appears. I tried using the
sfc /scannow multiple times. The result is "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Also, I tried doing a disk check on my SSD, and posted a error log from it. Any suggestions would help a lot!
