BSOD in almost every game that i playing

Hi, my cousin gave me his computer 5 months ago and the first time I got bsod its 2 months ago, every time I'm in the middle of a game i always got bsod. Please let me know whats wrong with my computer (sorry for my bad english)

Before someone experienced looks at your case, make sure your drivers are up-to-date.

Also it looks like you haven't updated Windows after you re-installed OS at 3/28/2015. Control Panel - Windows Update - Check manually and install whatever is found, also check the optional/recommended updates
