BSOD in irregular frequencies, error 0x00000124

It has hardly been two weeks I've custom built my PC with newly manufactured parts and installed a cracked-activated version of Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on one partition and then ,Windows 8.1 x64 on another partition.
Ever since the first few days , I've been encountering BSOD frequently in every Instance of usage, although the occurrence of them depends on the system load. When the system is in an Idle State, BSOD occurs in 15-45 mins of being idle ; When in moderate use, such as downloading space intensive contents or watching movies it takes 75-90 mins before BSOD happens ; when in heavy use, such as graphics intense gaming or rendering processes, the system runs for about 3-5 Hours before the BSOD occurs. I use Windows 7 x64 as the primary OS and 8.1 is for guest users. I've tried Memtests, HDD tests, Processor Tests, BIOS tests and all turned out positive with flying colors and also tried disconnecting all parts and reconnecting them again, yet BSOD is a common occurrence. you may want to run an antivirus scan, it pointed to ubssrv_oc_only and i cannot find anything on it, so I would run a scan to make sure you don't have malware

Antivirus doesn't solve the issue

Yes. Norton Internet Security shows no spyware or antivirus on any usb drives or the two hdds.

Run Prime95 If the temps goes too high stop the test. www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-hardware-stress-test-prime95.html

Test Had to be stopped due to temp running high

Hi, Thank you for your reply and sorry for the delay, I ran the prime95 test and the cpu temperature soared to 75°C from 35-36°C. I've attached a screenshot if that is of any help for a solution to this. I reformatted the system(not the whole hard-disk,just the windows 7 partition; I have not encountered any BSOD yet in Windows 8.1). I faced a few more BSOD even then. I have attached the dump files generated on the new installation to this post. Please suggest me a solution to this.

GenuineIntel, that's the first time i've seen one of those. Replace your CPU.

Passes Genuine Intel Test om IPDT

I ran the Intel Processor Diagnostic tool and the cpu passed the Genuine Intel test as well as the stress test without a rise in temp.

EDIT: I think you should consider buying a new cooling fan first, if it doesn't work then it's the CPU's faulty.
