BSOD in minutes [0x0000003B]

I am getting BSOD System service exception with error code: 0x0000003B when starting Windows 7 in normal mode. Error time ranges from 1 to 10 minutes and I don't have to do nothing in particular to invoke this, even I don't have to login into user.

In addition, this exception mentions eamorm.sys file. I read somewhere that this might be related to NOD32 antivirus program, however, I haven't found any proper explanations how to solve this.

I will provide additional information if necessary.

Any ideas how to solve this will be appreciated.

For starters i know that lappy didnt come with that OS.
It is also running a modded Bios

I have uploaded text file with the output. Also, after a few restarts suddenly my PC is now more than hour uptime :huh: magic happens sometimes.

The installation is counterfiet,
even with the modded Bios and the (failed) activation exploit in use.

MS has picked it up, thats why you've only got 16 updates.

That comp came with Vista, It is showing an original bios date prior to the release of W7 with a factory shipped product key.

Until you remove the Bios mod and install a genuine OS we cannot help you further
