Bsod - irql_gt_zero_at_system_service & cache manager

four days ago I randomly started receiving bluescreens for no reason, saying 'cache manager' I googled the errror to find it could be my memory which was unusual as it was 1-2 weeks old, I then ran wmd tool to test the ram and it passed 0 errors, I also went to purchase new ram and it will still the same bluescreens.

I have tested my hard drive and was fine, however I installed to a new hard disk and for 2 days it has been fine for 1.5 days then I just got a bluescreen saying IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE.

I have attached the files.

Really would love to get some help as this is really frustrating I have no money to replace my PC and really need it running properly.
