OK had a look through your files and the things I noticed were:
avast! seems to be contributing to the problem:
Code:
fffff880`0d688258  fffff880`03cc8f58Unable to load image aswSnx.SYS, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for aswSnx.SYS
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for aswSnx.SYS
 aswSnx+0x2ff58
Driver Reference Table - aswSnx.SYS

Please remove it using the Avast! Removal Tool. Then replace it with a combination of Microsoft Security Essentials, and Malwarebytes Anti-malware. Tip when installing Malwarebytes be sure to uncheck the box asking you to start a free trial at the end of the installation.

Remove daemon tools it is also at fault for your problems:

Code:
*******************************************************************************
*                                                                             *
*                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
*                                                                             *
*******************************************************************************

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for sptd.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for sptd.sys
Probably caused by : sptd.sys ( sptd+4a346 )

Followup: MachineOwner
---------
Driver Reference Table - sptd.sys

Once Daemon tools is removed download and run this tool: DuplexSecure - Downloads
When the tool runs if the uninstall button is grayed out then you are done and can close the window, if not click it and allow the tool to do its job. DO NOT click the install button it will install a harmful driver onto your system.

Also please remove the following program it is like doing more harm than good:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\RegClean Pro

Have a read through this if you don't believe me: http://www.sevenforums.com/performa...6-registry-cleaner-tests-why-not-use-one.html

OK, thank you. i does evrything... remove RegClean Pro and deamon tools and avast!. Updated Microsoft sec. E. and download malwerbytes.
And i had befor Avira antivirus, and my firt BSOD was maybe 3weeks ago. I think Avira stopping that copying somehow, so i delete it and try avast!.

From a BSOD prospective antivirus like avast!, AVG, Norton, and McAfee are just awful they poke their roots into everything, but Microsoft Security essentials is very light weight and when used in tandem with Malwarebytes it works wonderfully.
