Disc checks are nicely passed.
But still there is a new 0xF4 BSOD.
As it is said earlier, it is basically a disc environment error. The thing it includes are ....
- A physical storage drive itself ==>
Checked, free from errors.
- Faulty/bad cabling
- Failing storage ports
- Any third party backup-restore tool
- A storage filter driver of an antivirus program
- A virus.
- A failing RAM can cause any sort of issue.
Let us try to minimize the other possibilities one by one?
At first, I would suggest you to dismantle the computer and re-seat the components like RAM, graphics card and HDDs. Make it sure that the HDDs are steadily hold in the stand, there is no loose screw. If possible, use new SATA cables and apply the SATA cables in other unused ports on the motherboard.
If you have any third party tool for backups, uninstall it for the time being.
Which antivirus you are using? I am missing it in your data but your specs says that it is AVG. Install your installed antivirus (if AVG, then uninstall AVG using
AVG Remover.) Use
Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and
free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.
When all are done, let us know how it went, and how the computer is running at that stage. Then, for a safety reason, test your RAM modules for possible errors.
Run memtest86+ for
at least 8 consecutive passes.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.
BTW, it is seen that the display driver is failing, too.
Code:
fffff880`03ca99d0 fffff880`0ef05148Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys, Win32 error 0n2
[COLOR=Red]*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmdag.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmdag.sys[/COLOR]

As far as I have noticed, the 14.12 Omega is not very stable, specially with R9 cards.
Uninstall the installed display driver using
DDU. Then install the CCC
14.4 WHQL only.
Let us know for any further BSOD after doing it.
