My sister has been getting a bunch of BSOD all the time I have attached the mini dump.

Microsoft Security Essentials & the Free version of Malwarebytes, update and make full scans separately:

• Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software - ESET Knowledgebase
• Help protect your PC with Microsoft Security Essentials
• Malwarebytes Free

   Note

Make scans with these tools below:

Reduce the start-up items. This will help avoid software conflicts:

• Clean Startup in Windows 7

Those are her internet content filter. At least the AVG family is, they don't want to have that turned off I am sure.

Because they are contributing to BSODs.
You can install them back if they weren't the cause.
