I am having problems with BSOD, every time I leave my laptop, and come back to find it off, with a recovery notice when I log back into Windows. I think it may have something to do with the laptop going into sleep or hibernation mode, as I have never seen it happen when I'm at the computer.

Attached are my minidump and sysdata files.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium x64 (OEM)
i7-2620 @ 2.7GHz
8Gb DDR3 1333MHz RAM
750Gb 7200RPM SATA HDD
GeForce GT555M 2Gb

I will be very grateful to whoever can help me with this problem, as my laptop is only a couple of weeks old! Many Thanks,
James Stansfield

Thank You

Many thanks for reviewing my problem so swiftly, I didn't expect a reply for a week or so!

I have deleted both the drivers you suggested - I had my suspicions about tages, but couldn't find the driver, as of course it was called something else. The first driver you mentioned, ew_jubusenum.sys was a driver for an internet dongle I'm using in Italy at the moment, but it's deletion doesn't seem to affect the operation of said dongle.

I'll give it a day or two, and let you know if I suffer the same problem again.

Many thanks,
James Stansfield

No Joy, I'm Afraid...

I thnk erhaps I spoke too soon. After restarting the laptop, my mobile internet dongle was no longer detected, due to the absence of ew_jubusenum.sys. I have tried rolling back to previous versions (I already had the latest version), and have yet to contact the manufacturer, but intend to do that this monring, in the hope that I can find a fix/patch for it.

Thank you for your help in this matter, but it looks like if I can't fix this driver, I'm just going to have to put up with the occasional crash until I leave Italy! It only seems tohappen when my laptop goes into hibernation anyway, so I'll adjust my power settings to never allow hibernation and see what happens.

Thanks again,
James Stansfield

These days also another 2 new members had the same issue, unfortunately for this

the best solution is to completely remove the software\driver.
