BSOD loop

So, my laptop is in a constant BSOD loop where it will start, get to the windows loading part then BSOD, and finally restart, starting the process over again. I have tried safe mode, repair system, trying to disable the automatic restart on crash, seeing which driver is that last one before the crash, booting from the installation CD, all without any success. though sometimes when I tried the "repair system" option the BSOD screen actually stayed on long enough for me to write down these errors:

0xFFFFF8A000F2B4E8, 0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFF88000CB78F7, 0x0000000000000002

I believe that I have 7 Ultimate 64 bit, before that it was Vista. Thanks for any help guys.

Make sure in the BIOS - the first priority of booting is the CD/DVD.
If Startup Repair doesn't work, do a Repair Installation

Boot from the Windows DVD, and after you have selected your keyboard settings, press SHIFT+F10 or F11. At the command prompt, type in
Code:
CHKDSK /f.
If that doesn't work,type in
Code:
CHKDSK /?
and see what options you have.

Do you have Panda AV installed on your computer? They seem to blame CLFS.sys

I'm wondering if 0x50 indicates somewhat hardware failure.
Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

When running Memtest, do you know exactly how long it takes?
View attachment 140912
Look at the orange box - that box indicates pass and fails.

When it says "pass complete with no errors"- that indicates the test is finished.

30mins is decent. I suggest that you do it in overnight (while you are sleeping) for at least 8 hours.
How many passes have you run in 30mins? See the pic if you need more help.

Make SURE the DVD is the first priority in the boot order in BIOS. Where did you get the Windows 7 DVD from? If repair installation does not work. Then, do a clean install.

If problem persists, contact MS Support

So when I have the Windows 7 DVD in, i can get it to boot to the point where it says "Windows is loading files" then it crashes to BSOD. Ideas? is there a program i can DL that will scrub the HDD and allow me to start over?
