Hello everyone,

since I got my new Computer I ran into a lot of random BSODs. Some weeks ago they just randomly appeared maybe once or twice a week, but the last days it happens several times a day, which is extremely annoying. I just updated my BIOS drivers a week ago and also updated my graphic card driver to the newest version.

I wasn't able to find out what exactly is causing this. It happens randomly, but often while watching streams (Adobe Flash Player) and playing games which made me assume this was somehow related to my graphic card, but as stated above updating the drivers did not solve it.

The error messages are not the same every time (sometimes KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, sometimes IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL). To the second one: I already tested my RAM without finding any error.

My system:
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2P (BIOS on version FDc)
CPU: AMD FX8150 Eight-Core
GPU: AMD Radeon HD7850 (Driver on version 12.104-130328a-155980C-ATI)
RAM: 4GB DDR3 (I don't exactly remember the brand)

I attached the minidumps from yesterday and today to this post any hope for your help.

Greetings,

Daniel.

Excuse me a lot, didn't want to make moderating any harder.

Here you go.

Hello,

I installed both drivers and I still get bluescreens (IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS, refering to ntoskrnl.exe+f20c4). It happens more rarely though. I attached a new info package in case something changed.

I found out that one of my 2 RAM-Sticks was causing this problem. I replaced it and now everything is fine again.
