BSOD - "ntkrnlmp.exe" and "ntoskrnl.exe" are coming up
Hello all, a friend was helping me to find out what this BSOD all of a sudden was from but he is out of the country now away on business.
We got the point of him looking at the crash files and us using WhoCrashed, and we found that the last handful of crashes I have are all caused by "ntkrnlmp.exe" and "ntoskrnl". We tried each of my parts in his computer's and they all worked fine. We also have tried running Memtest and he tested the Hard drive. One thing we did not do is try a different bios.
I have no idea how to fix this, my friend and the program say it is a software/driver issue. How would I go about fixing a BSOD that is being caused by "ntkrnlmp.exe and ntoskrnl"? (They are the only causes that show up). I am just now running the sevenforums program, will post it when its done.
The computer is running wonderful, except sometimes when I go away ill come back and the computer is shutdown (rather than sleep mode), then I get the BSOD system has had an issue thing. The last crash dumps have been the names above.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
